How to JOIN

Paying union dues is an investment in your power at work. Those dues fund the contract enforcement, bargaining strength, legal support, and representation that protect your rights, improve your working conditions, and secure fair pay and benefits. When everyone contributes, the union has the resources to stand strong, win improvements, and hold management accountable- ensuring your voice is heard and your rights are defended every day.

There are two option to become a dues paying member:

Preferred option: Sign an SF-1187 IN INK to have dues deducted from your paycheck.  Email the completed and signed form to your local union representative.

NFFE E-Dues allows for dues to be deducted outside of the payroll system.
